A stand design typically takes 1-2 weeks to create, depending on the workload of our design department. For stand approvals and contracts, we require the following lead times to ensure smooth production and delivery.

• Turkey: Stand approval and contract should be completed at least 1 month before the event.
• Europe: Stand approval and contract should be completed at least 2 month before the event.
• USA: Stand approval and contract should be completed at least 3 month before the event.

These timelines allow us to complete the design, production, and logistics processes efficiently, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our clients without compromising on quality.

Our main factory is located in Istanbul, where we handle large and complex projects. For events in Europe or America, depending on the size and complexity of the project, we typically manufacture in Istanbul and handle logistics—shipping to the USA by sea or to Europe by truck. We manage the entire logistics process, ensuring the client doesn’t need to worry about any details.

In addition, we have a production facility in Europe designed to handle last-minute requests or simpler stand constructions. However, Istanbul remains our primary production hub with advanced capabilities and resources for large-scale projects.
