How the Design Process Works
- Brief. Send your fair name, stand number and size, your logo and a short description of what the stand must do: how many meeting spots, what products on display, which mood.
- First design. Within 1 to 2 business days you receive the 3D design and an itemized, all-inclusive price.
- Revisions. We adjust layout, colors and materials until it fits. Reasonable revision rounds are part of the free service.

It is free, with no obligation. Designing is how we quote accurately, so we treat it as part of the sales process. If you do not proceed, you owe nothing; the design remains our property until a project is confirmed.
How fast do we get the design?
The first 3D design and the all-inclusive quotation arrive within 1 to 2 business days after your brief. Revision rounds typically turn around within one business day.
Can you redesign a stand our agency already drew?
Yes. Send the concept and we adapt it for buildability, venue rules and budget, producing the technical drawings needed for production and organizer approval. Your agency keeps creative credit; we make it constructible.
Do you design for venues outside Turkey?
Yes. We design and build across Europe and the Gulf through our Prague and Dubai hubs, following each venue's regulations, for example Messe Frankfurt's height and rigging rules for fairs like Ambiente.
What information do you need for the first design?
