What Makes the Difference on a Fair Stand

Divide viewing distance by roughly one meter per millimeter of pitch: P2.5 looks sharp from 2.5 m, P4 from 4 m. On most stands, visitors watch from the aisle, so P3 or P2 delivers the same impact for less budget. We recommend the pitch honestly based on your layout.
Can the LED wall be curved or non-rectangular?
Yes. Cabinets can be arranged in L-shapes, towers and banners, and curved configurations are possible with the right substructure. Send your idea and we will confirm feasibility with the stand drawings.
What content resolution should our agency prepare?
The exact pixel dimensions of your wall, which we confirm at booking. A 4x2.5 m P2.5 wall, for example, is 1600x1000 px. MP4 (H.264) files are ideal; we test everything before opening day.
What happens if a panel fails during the fair?
Individual cabinets are hot-swappable. Our technician replaces a faulty module on site, usually within the hour, from the spare stock we keep in Istanbul during fair season.
