- One itemized quote. Equipment, delivery, installation, content setup, on-site support and collection.
- Installation and testing. Typically one day before opening. Every screen runs your real content at handover.
- Support and removal. Reachable during the event; removal the evening it ends.

Which screen should we choose: LED wall, video wall or a large TV?
Viewing distance decides. Across an aisle or hall, an LED wall wins on brightness and size. For content viewed within 2 to 3 meters, a 4K TV or a slim-bezel video wall is sharper and cheaper. Send us your stand layout and we will recommend the right option with prices for each.
What video format should we prepare?
MP4 (H.264 or H.265) covers everything we rent. For LED walls we confirm the exact pixel resolution of your build so your agency can export 1:1 content. Is installation and support really included?
Yes. Every AV quote includes delivery, mounting, cabling, content loading, testing and removal. A technician attends handover and stays reachable during the event. There are no separate call-out fees.
Can we rent AV equipment if our stand is built by another contractor?
Yes. We coordinate directly with your builder on mounting points and power, and install during their build-up schedule. This is routine for us at every Turkish venue.
Do you deliver outside Istanbul?
Yes. We cover fairs and events across Turkey, including Ankara, Izmir and Antalya. Delivery for out-of-Istanbul events is quoted with the equipment, and our crew installs on site.
How far in advance should we book?
2 to 3 weeks guarantees availability for standard equipment; LED walls and large touch screen quantities are best booked 4 weeks ahead during peak fair season. Same-week requests are often possible; it costs nothing to ask.
