If you are exhibiting at a Turkish trade fair, your stand will most likely be built by a local contractor you have never met, on a deadline that cannot move. Choosing that contractor is the single most important decision of your fair. What We Build
Our specialty is custom wooden stand construction: stands built from MDF and timber, painted or laminated to your brand colors, with raised floors, storage rooms, meeting areas, hanging banners and integrated lighting. Compared to modular aluminum systems, a wooden stand gives you full design freedom, sharper brand presentation and a solid, premium feel that survives a full week of trade show traffic.
Typical projects range from 12 sqm corner stands to 200+ sqm island stands with double-deck structures. Every stand includes:
- Design: a free 3D design and production drawings before you commit
- Production: CNC cutting, carpentry, painting and pre-assembly in our Beylikduzu facility
- Graphics: large format printing from our in-house print department
- Installation: transport, on-site build, electrical work and handover before the fair opens
- Dismantling: complete removal and waste handling after the show closes

Based 10 minutes from Tuyap, we build at every exhibition venue in Turkey: Tuyap Fair and Congress Center, Istanbul Expo Center (IFM), CNR Expo, Istanbul Congress Center and Lutfi Kirdar in Istanbul, plus ATO Congresium in Ankara, Fuar Izmir and ANFAS Expo Center in Antalya. We know each venue's technical rules, height limits, approval procedures and loading schedules, which means fewer surprises during build-up. How the Process Works
- Brief and design. Send us your fair name, stand number, size and a short brief. Within 1 to 2 business days you receive a free 3D design and an all-inclusive quotation with no hidden items.
- Revisions. We revise the design until it fits your brand and budget. You approve the final drawings.
- Production. Your stand is produced and pre-assembled in our workshop. You receive photo updates, so you see the real stand before it ships.
- Build-up and handover. Our crew installs the stand, graphics, furniture and AV equipment, tests everything and hands over a ready stand, typically one day before the fair opens.
- Show support and dismantling. A contact person stays reachable during the fair. After closing, we dismantle and clear the space.

How much does a custom exhibition stand cost in Turkey?
As a rough guide, custom wooden stands in Turkey start around 180 to 250 EUR per sqm for straightforward designs and rise with double-deck structures, complex joinery and premium finishes. Send us your design or brief and you will receive an exact all-inclusive price within 1 to 2 business days.
What is included in your quotation?
Everything needed for a turnkey stand: design, production, transport, installation, electrical connections, graphics, dismantling and venue-required approvals. Furniture, AV equipment and catering are itemized separately so you can add or remove them.
Can you get the stand approved by the venue and organizer?
Yes. We prepare and submit the technical drawings required by Tuyap, IFM, CNR and other venues, and we follow their height, safety and sustainability rules, including the updated Tuyap 2026 stand regulations.
Do we need to be on site during build-up?
No. Most of our international clients arrive the evening before the fair. We send photo and video updates during build-up and hand over the finished stand at an agreed time.
Can you store our stand for the next fair?
Reusable elements such as counters, showcases and structural parts can be stored and refreshed for your next participation. Ask your project manager for storage terms.
