How Rental Works
- Choose. Send us your list, or simply describe your stand size and how many visitors you expect to host; we will propose a furniture set that fits.
- Confirm. You receive one itemized quote covering rental, delivery, placement and collection.
- Delivered and placed. Furniture arrives during build-up, is placed according to your floor plan, and is swapped quickly if anything does not fit.
- Collected. After closing, we remove everything. You walk away.
Ordering 2 to 3 weeks before the fair guarantees availability, which matters during the peak seasons of spring and autumn when Istanbul hosts several large fairs in the same week. Last-minute orders are usually possible from standing stock; message us on WhatsApp with your stand number.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we rent furniture even if another company builds our stand?
Yes. Furniture rental is a standalone service. We coordinate delivery timing directly with your stand builder or with the venue if you have a shell scheme stand.
When is the furniture delivered and collected?
Delivery happens during build-up, normally the day before the fair opens, at a time slot agreed with you. Collection is on closing evening after the hall clears, so the furniture never blocks your dismantling.
What if a piece arrives damaged or does not match?
Report it to your project manager and we replace it from stock the same day. Our warehouse is in Istanbul, minutes from the main venues.
Do you rent furniture for congresses and corporate events too?
Yes. We furnish congress booths, registration areas, speaker lounges and product launches across Turkey, with the same delivery and collection model.
Is renting really cheaper than buying locally?
For a typical stand, rental costs a fraction of retail purchase and removes transport, assembly and disposal completely. You also get commercial-grade furniture that survives four days of heavy use, which flat-pack retail furniture often does not.
