Graphics are the part of an exhibition stand that visitors actually remember, and the part that most often goes wrong: colors that drift from brand guidelines, panels delivered in the wrong size, a supplier who prints but does not install. All prints are produced on fire-certified materials that meet Turkish venue regulations at Tuyap, Istanbul Expo Center and CNR Expo.
Color, Files and Deadlines
Send print-ready PDFs with 3 to 5 cm bleed, or send your logo and brand guide and let our design team prepare the artwork. We proof colors against your Pantone references before production, and we photograph finished prints for your approval when the timeline is tight.
Standard production time is 2 to 4 business days after artwork approval. Because printing happens in our own facility, urgent reprints are possible even during build-up days: if a panel is damaged in transport or a text change arrives late, we reprint overnight and install before the fair opens. This is the practical advantage of an integrated print and construction team, and the reason agencies working in Istanbul keep our number saved.
Branding Beyond the Stand

Frequently Asked Questions
Which file format should we send for printing?
Print-ready PDF at 1:1 or 1:10 scale with fonts converted to outlines, CMYK colors and 3 to 5 cm bleed. For large surfaces, 72 to 100 dpi at full size is sufficient. If your files are not print-ready, our design team prepares them for you.
Can you match our exact brand colors?
Yes. Give us your Pantone or CMYK references and we calibrate before the production run. For critical colors we can print a physical proof strip for approval.
How late can we send artwork?
Standard deadline is 5 business days before build-up (depends of density). Later is often possible at an express surcharge, and emergency reprints during build-up are part of our routine, but earlier files always mean calmer shows.
Do you install the graphics as well?
Yes. Installation at the venue is included in our printing quotes. Our crews mount graphics as part of the stand build, or as a standalone service on shell scheme stands.
Do your materials meet venue fire regulations?
Yes. We print on fire-certified (B1 class) materials accepted by Turkish venues, and we provide certificates when the organizer requests them.
