Three notes to read these numbers correctly. First, all figures are exclusive of VAT: in Türkiye, VAT (KDV) applies at 20%. Second, we prepare every quote in euros, so exchange rate movements do not change your price after confirmation. Third, the figures cover the stand itself as a turnkey service: the exhibition space you rent from the fair organizer is a separate contract and is not part of these prices.

Instead of a basic package stand, we build our entry-level projects with Aluvision, a Belgian-engineered modular frame system. The structure uses flat aluminum walls finished with seamless printed fabric, so the result looks far more refined than the classic panel-and-post booths you see in economy rows. It installs quickly, works well for 9-30 m² plots, and the frames can be reused at your next fair, with only the fabric graphics reprinted. If your priority is a clean, professional presence at the lowest sensible budget, this is where to start. Adding elements like backlit walls, storage rooms or custom counters moves the price toward custom territory.
Custom Wooden Stands: €150 - €350 per m²
This is the range where most of our Istanbul projects live. A custom wooden stand is designed from scratch around your brand: shaped walls, painted finishes, integrated lightboxes, a lockable storage room, custom counters and shelving, and printed or backlit graphics where they matter. Within the range, the position depends on how much construction your design asks for. A straightforward layout with clean lines prices near the lower end; dense builds with curved forms, high walls and heavy branding move toward the upper end.
Premium Custom Stands: €350 - €650 per m²
Premium projects are for exhibitors who want the stand to be the marketing event itself: double-deck structures with meeting space upstairs, large LED walls, special materials such as glass, metalwork or real wood veneer, designer furniture and detailed lighting scenes. These stands involve engineering work, longer production time and larger crews, which is what the higher rate reflects.

- Stand size. Larger stands usually cost less per m², because design, project management and logistics are spread over more area. A 12 m² stand carries those fixed costs on a small footprint.
- Design complexity. Straight walls and clean geometry are efficient to produce. Curves, angled volumes, high structures and double-deck floors add engineering and workshop hours.
- Materials and finishes. Painted MDF is the workhorse of custom stands. Glass, metal, veneer and specialty flooring raise the rate.
- Graphics and lighting. The amount of printed, backlit and LED surface on the stand is a real cost driver, and also one of the highest-impact investments for visibility.
- Furniture and equipment. Standard furniture is a modest line item; designer pieces and large AV setups are not.
- Timing. Starting the design 8-10 weeks before the fair keeps production planned and calm. Last-minute projects are still possible, especially with the Aluvision system, but rushed production windows can add cost.
