Ambiente 2026 in Frankfurt: A Quick Recap
Ambiente 2026 ran from 6 to 10 February 2026 at Messe Frankfurt, once again sharing the grounds with Christmasworld and Creativeworld. The fair pulled in more than 4,600 exhibitors and around 140,000 trade visitors from over 160 countries, spread across its Dining, Living, Giving and Working sections. For five days the halls were full of buyers comparing brands stand by stand, which is exactly the environment a well built booth is made for.
We spent the build-up days on site in Frankfurt, turning approved 3D designs into finished stands for our clients. Below is a look at some of that work.
The Stands We Designed and Built
Every project here started the same way, with a brief from the client and a 3D concept from our design team, and ended the same way, with our own crew handing over a finished stand on the show floor. The designs changed with each brand, from compact corner booths built for focused meetings to larger open stands made to pull traffic from several aisles at once. The standard stayed constant: clean construction, sharp printed graphics and lighting that makes products look their best.

That control is what lets us promise a finished, tested stand before the doors open, instead of hoping a subcontractor delivers on time.
What Building at Messe Frankfurt Takes
A good looking render is the easy part. Building it at Messe Frankfurt means working inside a strict technical rulebook, and every stand here was engineered to meet it. Stand and ceiling materials were specified to at least flame retardant class B1. Heights were kept within the limit for each assigned hall, which can be 5 metres, 4 metres or 3.7 metres depending on placement. Any structure taller than 4 metres needs additional structural approval from the venue, with paperwork submitted before the deadline. Electricity, rigging and other services were ordered through the official Messe Frankfurt portal well ahead of build-up.
None of this is visible to a visitor walking the aisle, and that is the point. When the rules are handled quietly in the background, the exhibitor gets a calm opening morning instead of a last minute scramble.
Related ProjectsWhat Worked on the Show Floor
A few things separated the stands that performed from the ones that simply looked nice. Open, welcoming layouts made it easy for buyers to step in rather than walk past. Dedicated meeting areas gave sales teams a quiet place to talk numbers. Strong lighting and large, clean graphics carried the brand across a crowded hall from a distance. And practical details like lockable storage, a small kitchen point and durable flooring kept each stand working hard through all five days. These are the lessons we carry into every new design.
