Our 2025 Eurasia Glass Fair stands in Hall 11A
The first brief arrived on 1 July 2025: 63 m², three open sides, Hall 11A. It came from a Chinese agency whose client, a glass manufacturer, needed a team in Istanbul to produce and build its Eurasia Glass Fair stand. Tüyap approved the project on 30 September, we delivered the signed drawings to the technical office the next day, and the stand opened with the fair on 15 November.
There was a second stand in the same hall, 45 m² with two open sides, through the same agency. We produced and built both.
Related ProjectsWhat the 2026 edition looks like
Eurasia Glass Fair runs from 21 to 24 November 2026 at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Büyükçekmece, at the same time as Eurasia Window and Eurasia Door. It is the 16th edition of the glass fair. In 2025 the three fairs together welcomed more than 66,000 visitors from 165 countries, according to RX Tüyap.
On 13 October 2026 the joint exhibitor list showed 634 companies, and 124 of them gave China as their country. At least 14 more companies with Chinese names list Türkiye as their country.
Glass exhibitors are concentrated in Halls 11, 11A, 12 and 12A, with a few in Hall 6. Window and door companies fill the other halls. Opening hours are 10:00 to 18:00, with a 17:00 close on the last day.
The Tüyap paperwork behind every custom stand
At Tüyap, a custom stand starts in the technical office. When Tüyap approved our 2025 project, it came with one condition: the wet-signed and stamped drawings had to reach the technical office before installation could start. We prepare and deliver that signed project for our clients.
Two smaller items are worth checking early:
- Electricity is ordered through Tüyap for each stand. At another Tüyap fair this autumn, a refund for an electricity payment made in error was still open after several weeks.
- Build-up and dismantling hours are in the Participant Handbook on the MyTüyap exhibitor portal, which exhibitors can access after signing their contract.
Machines on the floor, frames in the walls
Many glass machinery exhibitors bring a working machine. A cutting table, an insulating glass line or a tempering demo needs open floor, power at the right point and a clear route for the forklift when the machine arrives. A glass machinery exhibition stand is planned around that: a back wall for the logo and screens, a meeting area, and as little structure as possible on the open sides.
Window and door companies work the other way round, because their products become the walls. Profiles, hinges, handles and complete frames are mounted into the stand, so the panels have to carry real weight and the openings have to match the product to the millimetre. Our own files for these fairs include stands of 45 m² and 63 m² in 2025 and a 104 m² quote request in 2023.
What moves the price
Size sets the starting point. Open sides change it, since every open side needs finished surfaces on both faces, and wall height changes it again. A closed meeting room with a glass door adds glazing, a door frame and extra wall area.
On machinery stands the floor is often the biggest variable. A raised platform with cable channels for a running machine costs far more than carpet laid on the hall floor.
Lighting is the other line to watch. Backlit logos are a common request, but very thin lettering, including many Chinese characters, is too narrow for internal LED modules. We quote those as 3D letters with spot lighting.
Late requests are possible. Our 45 m² stand in 2025 reached us at the end of September and opened with the fair in mid-November.
Working with us from abroad
You do not need to fly to Istanbul before the show. Send us your design files, or the stand size, hall, booth number and number of open sides, and we will reply with a quote and a production schedule.
More than half of our clients are Chinese companies, so we are used to working from Chinese design files and agency drawings. We have been building exhibition stands for more than 22 years, we are a resident contractor at Tüyap, and our office is a short drive from the venue.

If your company is on the 2026 list with a stand in Hall 11, 11A, 12 or 12A, ask your agency one question this week: has the signed project already gone to Tüyap's technical office? If the answer is no, that drawing is the thing to chase first.
