Who Visits BeautyEurasia and What That Means for Your Stand
The 2025 edition of BeautyEurasia drew 13,314 visitors from 114 countries, 3,406 of them international, according to the Istanbul Expo Center announcement. 302 exhibitors took part, 180 of them from abroad, with more than 5,000 B2B meetings. One visitor in four came from abroad, so your Beauty Eurasia stand must explain the product without a shared language.
The organizer is ICA Events, and the fair is listed as a UFI Approved Event.
The 21st edition ran 2-4 September 2026. The next BeautyEurasia is set for 15-17 December 2027 at Istanbul Expo Center (IFM) in Yeşilköy, according to the organizer's website.
Product groups run from colour cosmetics, dermocosmetics and hair care to private label, raw materials and packaging. Buyers come to touch and smell. A product behind a cabinet door gets neither.

Stand Sizes That Make Sense at a Cosmetics Fair
Our beauty fair work falls into three size groups.
- Shell scheme upgrades, around 9-12 m²: printed walls, a counter, better lighting.
- Inline and corner space-only stands, 18-36 m²: backlit product walls, glass or acrylic shelves with LED strips, tester counters and a small lockable storage room.
- Island stands from 50 m² upward: open on all sides, with a meeting lounge.
Two things sell at a cosmetics fair: products on glass shelves under good lighting, and testers on a counter a visitor can reach from the aisle. Hair-wash basins, nail and make-up demo seats, treatment cabins and private label sample walls are extra items.

Height Limits and Technical Rules at Istanbul Expo Center
The venue's official technical document (2025) sets maximum booth height in the fair halls at 5.8 m. Hall clearances run from 4.3 m in Hall 11 to 14 m in Hall 1, so for most halls the 5.8 m booth limit is the figure that matters. The organizer's own rules for BeautyEurasia, published in its exhibitor portal, can be stricter, so we read them before design. Contractor paperwork follows the organizer and venue contract addendum.
How We Schedule Design, Production and Build-Up
Exhibitors receive build-up and dismantling dates in the organizer's portal, and we plan back from those dates.
Our rule: send a design request 8-10 weeks before opening. That covers 3D design with revisions, your approval, and production. CNC-cut acrylic shelf fronts, lacquered tester counters, metal frames and printed graphics are all made in our Istanbul workshop.
Production in our workshop takes the longest. Shelf layouts follow your product list, so a late change to the product list can mean new shelves.
Our own crew installs on build-up days and dismantles after the fair.
What Moves the Price of Your Beauty Eurasia Stand
The shelving count affects the price most. Thirty lit glass shelves are a different project from six, and a backlit wall from a printed one.
Water is next. A hair-wash or demo basin needs a water and drainage connection ordered in advance, and the plumbing inside the stand adds cost.
A closed treatment cabin adds walls, a door and its own lighting. A lockable storage room takes display space.
For repeat exhibitors we store stand elements in Istanbul and reuse them, so only what changes is rebuilt or reprinted. Graphics usually change every edition, while the walls behind them can stay. Most custom stands we build fall between EUR 150 and 350 per m², within an overall range of EUR 100-650 per m²; details are in our price article. Turkish VAT of 20% applies to stands built at fairs in Türkiye; see our VAT note.
We can quote more precisely when you send the floor plan with your position and the product list, not only the square metres. Aisle side and neighbours change the design.
