Eurasia Packaging Istanbul, the International Packaging Industry Fair, is the largest packaging trade event in the Eurasian region, held every year at Tuyap Fair and Congress Center in Buyukcekmece, Istanbul. Organized by RX Tüyap in cooperation with the Turkish Packaging Manufacturers Association (ASD), the fair covers the entire packaging value chain: packaging materials and products, raw materials, packaging and filling machinery, food processing technologies, and printing and converting equipment, with dedicated special sections such as Food Tech Eurasia, Printpack & Converting, and Drink and Liquid Food Technologies.
The next edition, Eurasia Packaging Istanbul 2026, runs from 13 to 16 October 2026 at Tuyap Fair and Congress Center, Istanbul.

When should we book our stand builder for Eurasia Packaging 2026?
The organizer expects stand projects for approval roughly 3 weeks before build-up, so design realistically starts 8 to 10 weeks before the fair. For the October 2026 edition, that means having your stand partner on board by early August. Large, double-deck or rigged stands need extra time for structural approvals, so earlier is safer.
Do you handle the approval process with Tuyap and the organizer?
