What a WIN EURASIA Stand Costs Without Gypsum or On-Site Paint

WIN EURASIA 2027 bans gypsum, on-site paint and ceiling hanging. We show how these rules, and six stands we built at the fair, shape stand size and price.

No Gypsum, No Paint, No Ceiling

WIN EURASIA 2027 runs 2-5 June 2027 at Istanbul Expo Center, organized by Hannover Fairs Turkey, part of the Deutsche Messe group. Before any design talk, we explain the rules below, because they decide where a WIN EURASIA stand gets built. The work happens in our workshop, not in the hall.

Some of the organizer's technical rules change how a stand is built. Plasterboard (gypsum board) is strictly prohibited at WIN EURASIA, and no paint may be used on site. Walls become wood or panel, built and finished in Istanbul. Every painted surface is painted there, dried there and wrapped for transport.

Using the hall ceiling for any purpose is forbidden, so nothing hangs above the stand. Tall brand elements stand on the floor, and a stand higher than 3.99 m needs a static report. Most of these rules move work from the hall to the workshop. They come from the organizer's 2027 application form; dates and news are on the official WIN EURASIA website.

From 24 m² to 48 m² in 2025, and One Brand Back in 2026

We have built six stands at WIN EURASIA over the last two editions, between 24 m² and 48 m².

At the 2025 edition, 28-31 May 2025, we delivered five stands; our setup started on 25 May 2025, three days before opening. The largest was 48 m² for an industrial technology brand with interactive displays and live demonstrations.

Two stands of 30 m² each went to an automation equipment maker and a second industrial technology maker. On one of them we planned the layout through to the lighting. A 24 m² stand served a company in industrial automation and manufacturing technology.

A 25 m² stand was for a Chinese sensor manufacturer. It used eco-friendly materials, and the layout was planned for visitor flow.

In 2026 the 48 m² brand came back. The fair ran 10-13 June 2026, our setup started on 7 June 2026, and the stand combined a product display with B2B meeting areas.

The 2026 edition had 613 exhibitors from 16 countries and 35,692 visitors from 92 countries across six halls, according to the organizer's post-show report. With that many visitors, the 2026 stand kept its B2B meeting areas apart from the product display.

Robot Cells, 5 kW and a 7 m Exhibit Limit at a WIN EURASIA Stand

Raw space starts at 12 m². Electricity comes with the space: 5 kW for 12-99 m², 10 kW for 100 m² and above. Power is cut half an hour after visitor hours end, so plan robot demos inside visitor hours.

Exhibit products can reach 7 m with written approval from the organizer. Heavy machines raise floor loading and forklift questions, both easier to answer when we know the machine weight before design starts. For a machine arriving from abroad, read our note on customs and shipping rules for exhibition goods in Türkiye first.

Four Rulebook Lines on Every WIN EURASIA Quote

All figures follow our Istanbul price guide for 2026-2027 (EUR, excluding 20% VAT and space rental). Here we show only what the WIN EURASIA rulebook adds to a quote; pre-cut, reusable flooring is also prepared in the workshop.

Rule What it means for the build Effect on the quote
Plasterboard banned Walls are wood or panel, built in workshop hours, not hall hours Wall material and finish are fixed early in the design
No paint on site Every painted part is painted, dried and packed in Istanbul Painted parts need extra production days before transport
No ceiling use; static report above 3.99 m Tall brand elements stand on the floor with their own base A base structure, plus an engineer's report above 3.99 m
Power above the included 5 kW or 10 kW A robot cell or machine may need more than the included supply Power above the included kW costs extra

A custom wood stand is €150-350/m², so a 24 m² custom wood stand is €3,600-8,400. Extra power, and an engineer's static report for elements above 3.99 m, can add to that. System and premium prices are in the price guide.

Exhibitors who want a meeting area and a demo area need walls, and walls usually mean the custom wood tier.

Double-deck stands have their own rules. They are not allowed under 30 m². The upper floor may cover at most 50% of the ground footprint, the structure must be steel, and no glass is allowed upstairs. Stairs are approved by the OHS unit: step height 150-170 mm, depth 280-425 mm. Add insurance and an extra organizer fee, and the price moves into the premium range.

Foreign exhibitors ask about VAT on every quote. The 20% is charged on the stand; what happens next is in our note on VAT on exhibition stands in Türkiye.
