Content and Apps: We Set It Up
The difference between a touch screen that works and one that embarrasses you is preparation. Before delivery we install your app, website or presentation, lock the device into kiosk mode so visitors cannot exit into the operating system, disable notifications and updates, and test every interaction path. If you have no interactive content yet, the simplest reliable setup is your website or PDF catalog in kiosk mode with a home-reset timer; we configure it for you and it works.
For offline-risk environments (fair hall internet is never a guarantee), we advise content that runs locally and we test the offline behavior before opening day.
Lead Capture That Actually Gets Used
The most valuable use of a tablet on a stand is the simplest: a short contact form your team fills in with the visitor, or the visitor completes alone. We preload your form tool of choice, or a simple offline form, on every tablet. After four days at a fair like WIN Eurasia or Beauty Istanbul, that is a structured list of leads instead of a box of business cards.
Where and How
We deliver and install at all Turkish venues, including Tuyap, Istanbul Expo Center (IFM), CNR Expo and the Istanbul congress centers, plus events in Ankara, Izmir and Antalya. Setup happens during build-up, a technician checks every unit at handover, and support stays reachable through the event. Combined orders with LED walls, video walls or stand furniture arrive on the same truck with one invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you lock the screen to our app or website only?
Yes. Every device is delivered in kiosk mode: visitors can use your content but cannot exit, change settings or open anything else. An automatic home-reset returns the screen to your start page after each visitor.
What if the venue internet fails?
We plan for it. Content that can run offline is installed locally, and where live connectivity is essential we add a 4G router with a Turkish SIM. Fair hall Wi-Fi is treated as a bonus, never a dependency.
How many tablets do we need for lead capture?
One per conversation zone. An 18 to 36 sqm stand typically runs well with 2 to 3 tablets: one at reception, one or two with the sales team. More tablets than staff rarely helps.
Can the kiosk totems carry our branding?
Yes. Totem and stand enclosures are wrapped with printed graphics produced by our in-house print department; send your artwork or let our designers prepare it from your brand guide.
Do you rent touch screens for congresses and corporate events?
Yes. Registration kiosks, agenda screens and interactive product stations are standard requests at Istanbul congress venues and corporate events across Turkey, with the same preloaded-and-tested delivery model.
