Beauty Eurasia 2026, the 21st International Cosmetics, Beauty and Hair Exhibition, takes place on 2 to 4 September 2026 at the Istanbul Expo Center (IFM / CNR Expo) in Yeşilköy, right across from the old Atatürk Airport. The fair is organized by ICA Events and is a UFI approved event, which is one of the reasons it draws such a strong international crowd: buyers and distributors from the Middle East, Central Asia, North Africa, the Balkans and the CIS countries come to Istanbul specifically for this show.

What We Handle for You
Everything starts with design. Our team prepares 3D visuals based on your brand guidelines and the products you want to highlight, then revises until you approve. Production happens entirely in our own facility in Istanbul, with in-house CNC machining, metal fabrication, lacquer painting and digital printing. Because nothing is outsourced, we control both quality and timing.
On site, our own crew handles installation during the official build-up days and dismantling after the show closes. If you exhibit at Beauty Eurasia every year, we can also store your stand components between editions and handle transport to and from the venue, so each year you only pay for refreshing the design rather than rebuilding from zero.
Why Work with a Stand Contractor Who Knows CNR Expo
A custom stand at this venue involves more paperwork than most exhibitors expect. Space only stands need a static project approved by the organizer's OHS company before the deadline, build crews need OHS badges and insurance documentation, electrical work has to follow specific fuse and relay requirements, and the halls used for Beauty Eurasia have a maximum stand height of 3.70 m. Welding is banned on site, so the entire structure has to be produced as modular blocks in a workshop and assembled with bolted connections.
We deal with all of this as standard practice. Our project files go to the OHS auditors on time, our team arrives with the right documents, and our stands are engineered for fast bolt-together assembly because that is the only way to build at IFM. For a foreign exhibitor, this is the difference between a smooth opening day and an expensive surprise.
We are also local in the most practical sense. If something needs adjusting at 22:00 the night before opening, our workshop is in the same city, not a truck ride across Europe.

Do you provide stand installation at CNR Expo?
Yes. Installation and dismantling at CNR Expo (Istanbul Expo Center / IFM) are part of our standard service. Our own crew works during the official build-up window, and we hand over the stand cleaned and tested before the fair opens.
Can you build a custom stand for Beauty Eurasia 2026?
Yes, custom design and build is our core work. We prepare the 3D design, get your approval, produce everything in our Istanbul facility and deliver the finished stand at the venue for the 2 to 4 September 2026 show dates.
How early should I contact you before the fair?
Ideally 8 to 10 weeks before opening day. The organizer requires stand projects to be approved roughly three weeks before build-up, and good design takes a few revision rounds before that. Later requests are often still possible, but earlier contact means more design freedom and better pricing.
Do you also handle storage and logistics between fairs?
Yes. If you exhibit in Turkey more than once a year, we can store your stand elements at our facility and manage transport to each venue, which usually cuts your per-fair cost significantly.
